Team
David McEntaggart
David is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the resources industry and accounting profession. David initially qualified as an auditor and his experience includes senior finance and compliance positions with resource companies in Australia and the UK. He provides services to a number of ASX listed companies specialising in financial accounting and corporate compliance. David has held the position of company secretary for a number of ASX listed companies including the management of several companies from incorporation through to IPO.
David has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
